Here are some useful debug parameters (in NOTES.INI) in case of Quickr authentication issues:
On the Quickr Server:

– Requires restart of server
– Output is to <path to Domino data>\IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT\console.log
On the Domino LDAP server (in case you are using Domino LDAP…)

– This setting is for the LDAP server, not Quickr
– Requires restart of server
